    Sadly the substitute doesnt have a thermostat it is a cheaper made model which just works with basic functions.

  • We have a Sanyo split system heat pump, model number KHS1822. The original remote model is RCS-KHS. Will this remote control operate the heat and air on the KHS1822 unit?

    Yes it will work for that model.
    Just be aware the remote we send only had Celsius but it works perfectly on Fahrenheit AC's
