It says that there is a substitute remote available for my AC unit I would like to see what the substitute remote looks like. I'm really hoping for a remote that has raised buttons as this flat remote is a pain in the butt to use at night
If you choose the UNIVERSAL or Substitute, they both have raised button
The issue is that sometimes we upgrade orders to the original remote lol you wont be happy with that..
